100 Happy Days Challenge

Dear All,

I would like to share with you one of the greatest experience of my Life. Last January, exactly a year ago I challenged myself to be happy for 100 days in a row.... Difficult? Unrealistic?  Wrong!! Definitely possible and life changing experience. I highly recommend to give it a go. 

How does it work? It works in the exact way as it sounds. You challenge yourself to be happy for 100 consecutive days and post a picture(s) of what made you happy with a hashtag, i.e #100happydays #day1.

Through my 100 happy days I managed to go to Paris for Valentine's Day (my dream came true), travel to Amsterdam just for a day and I went to Madrid for my birthday. I got back to do ballroom dance and acting,I also tried ballet for the first time ever. Please do not think you have to something so big and so exciting every single day. A dessert, home made meal, new hair cut or a friend or someone Special could make you happy. It is not how big or expensive it it. It is about what makes YOU happy. So, please be happy and SMILE, SMILE, SMILE.
